I love wire wrapping and take care with each piece I create and try to accurately represent items in my photos and listing details. If you find that the item you have purchased does not fit or is not what you wanted, the item may be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for refund of the purchase price. If you find a return is necessary, please  Contact Me   with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

If an exchange is preferred, I will issue store credit for the original purchase price. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Natureation. Once the item is received a refund or exchange will be done.

You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
